Shine in a kitchen porter role


Within one of our kitchen porter roles, you’ll be essential to the smooth operation of our kitchens and ensure that our guests have a great experience.

 

These roles will help you develop invaluable experience in supporting chefs and front of house colleagues to deliver five-star service.

Responsibilities:

As a kitchen porter, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all cutlery, crockery and glassware are professionally cleaned before and after use, and that service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. 

 

You’ll also ensure all cooking utensils needed by the culinary team during the preparation are clean, as well as removing kitchen waste to the appropriate area.
