Step into a kiosk & concessions role

 

Our kiosk and concession roles are based within a range of smaller food and beverage outlets at venues and events, such as coffee and pastry shops.

 

At these outlets, you’ll be responsible for preparing simple food and serve tea, coffee and sometimes alcoholic beverages to guests and visitors.

Responsibilities:

In this customer-facing role, you’ll have a chance to ensure customers feel valued and are served as quickly as possible.

 

You’ll also need to develop a great understanding of the product range available and manage cash through our till system.

Shine as a catering & food service assistant

 

All our catering and food service roles are customer-facing, ensuring that each and every guest leaves the venue happy having been provided with great food and even better service.

Responsibilities: 

As a catering or food service assistant, you’ll be serving tasty food and drinks to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.

 

In this team-focussed role, you’ll need to liaise with chefs, managers and other catering assistants efficiently, to ensure a smooth service.
