Application Process
Taking the first step
Applying
First, you'll need to find the role you're most interested in in your area and hit the 'Apply' button. At this stage, the most important thing you need is the right attitude and attributes that make you the perfect fit to join our team.
You'll be asked some initial questions so we can learn a bit more about you. After that you'll receive a holding email requesting suitable times for a call.
The second step
A call with our team
Our resourcing team will then schedule a call with you at a time that works for you to help get to know you a little bit better. This conversation will focus on attitude-based questions, giving you a chance to showcase your personality and how you approach various situations.
We'll also discuss your current skill set, but don't worry - training will be provided if you're successful.
The third step
Induction
If successful, you'll be invited to an assessment and onboarding session led by our training team. This will include a brief overview of Constellation and a 1:1 session to assess your skill set.
Should you pass the assessment, you'll proceed with an online call to verify your right to work and complete online onboarding through Mapal One. This step involves two to three sessions, please note the first hour is unpaid but the remaining time (roughly 2 hours) will be compensated.
Step number four
Additional training
During the call, the trainer will assess whether you need additional training. If so, you'll be invited to our in-person take-off sessions. Held on-site, in these training sessions you'll learn essential skills. These are made up of five hours training in-person and then another two hours online.
If the trainer determines that you're ready, you'll be able to go straight to booking shifts through our app.
Join the
This brings us to the final step. Once everything is complete, you'll be officially welcomed to the team and invited to book your upcoming shifts through the Constellation app.
