Are you an organised leader with great attention to detail?
As a restaurant, hospitality or kitchen manager, you’ll be tasked with ensuring the business function runs smoothly in all areas to deliver our world-class offer.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
You must be able to interact effectively across both client and operational functions and be able to manage your team’s performance.
You’ll also be expected to ensure operational areas within your remit are fully stocked with the necessary equipment and disposables in a timely manner prior to service, taking into account expected guest numbers, and/or multiple service times.


Dynamic team leader & supervisor roles
As a restaurant or bar team leader, you’ll be supporting your line manager in the effective running of the area to ensure both clients and guests are satisfied. You must be able to interact effectively with your team to ensure a first-class experience and promote a proactive, can-do attitude.

What you'll be doing
Your role may also include responsibilities such as giving small team briefings and organising team rotas to ensure steps of service are understood and delivered efficiently.
Finally, you’ll need to be able to make knowledgeable recommendations while proactively assisting guests with any queries or issues.
