Jump into a cheffing career
Love food and ready to get started in the culinary world? Chef Hands is your ticket to cheffing with confidence. We're here to help you grow from the ground up and show you that kitchens aren’t as scary as they seem. All you need is commitment, passion and a willingness to learn. So, what are you waiting for?
What you'll learn
With our Chefs Hands programme, you'll get a mix of online and on-site training, giving you practical skills for a promising culinary path. You'll dive into:
- Food safety
- Kitchen operations
- Safe working practices
- Service standards
- Teamwork
And that's just the start! You'll also get hands-on experience with top chefs, learning basic cooking duties, simple dish prep and efficient plating during live services.

With our ‘learn, train, work, earn, succeed’ initiative, we offer step-by-step support, guiding you through every stage of your journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and receive ongoing mentorship to help you thrive.
Some of our team members have even had the chance to work alongside Michelin Star chefs at prestigious events like Wimbledon and Cheltenham, collaborating with culinary icons such as Michel Roux Jr. and Clare Smyth. With Chef Hands, you’ll be on the right path to achieving all your culinary goals, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way.

What we need from you
We just need a few things from you to join our Chefs Hands programme – these are:
- Commitment to work most of the season
- Comfortable with some 12-hour shifts
- Over 18 (unless enrolled in a culinary course)
- Passionate about a culinary role
- Can-do attitude
- CV and detailed cover letter when applying
