"My journey with Constellation started in November 2021. After working in the care sector for many years, I wanted a change. My friend, Natalie Jones, helped me join and got me some bar shifts at Leicester Tigers. From there, I went on to do set up shifts at LCFC and then went on to help checking in staff. By January 2022, I was the People Consultant for Nottingham Forest FC and by July 2022, I was also the People Consultant for Nottingham Racecourse.
At times, it has been testing, especially with having minimal I.T experience. But at the same time, I have loved every minute of it and continue to love my job as much as I did in the beginning.
When one of your many staff members say “Carly, we have missed you” that for me is so rewarding. The support from Constellation as a company and my colleagues has been incredible. If I have ever felt out of my depth, they have always been there to remind me I can do this. We are like one big family who support each other and there is no other job or place I would rather be."

"Back in 2016, I decided to hop across the pond to the U.K. with a plan to leave in just three months for my gap year. But seven years later, I'm still here, believe it or not. I absolutely fell in love with the UK's culture and work! My career journey remained in hospitality as I worked my way up to the role of General Manager for Wahaca. But thanks to Covid-19, my plans had to change.
Fast-forward to January 2021, I landed an awesome new job at Constellation as a Payroll Assistant. After six months, I moved up to Payroll Regional Manager for London, South England, and Wales, where I had a blast streamlining procedures and building my team. Did it stop there? Absolutely not! In January 2022, I was put to the test again and was given the chance to oversee the Nationwide Payroll Team of Constellation. Now, with my team of 12 rockstars, I am very grateful for the incredible journey I've had at Constellation, and I wouldn't change a thing."

"I was working as a Paralegal for many years and, like most, Covid taught me that life is too short not to take a risk. So, I moved to work with Constellation as a Payroll Assistant as I had some experience in this previously. I instantly felt welcome and connected to the role. The sports venues started to open back up and as the teams were still yet to grow, I supported check-in for the first few match days. I knew instantly that this is “a bit of me”. I enjoy the build-up to the event, the last-minute stresses but most of all the outcome of a successful event. Roll forward 6 months and I moved from payroll into being a People Consultant for Leicester City Football Club.
I love what I do. I love working with a brilliant site, building relationships with the client but most of all our staff. I love nothing more than seeing regular faces coming back again and again to work for us. Seeing them eager to return and enjoy what they do gives me a real buzz. Don’t get me wrong, busy season can be extremely tough, but I kind of enjoy it (don’t tell the bosses) as the sense of achievement is amazing. My heart is with football and sports venues and I cannot wait to see where my career may take me in the future. For now, come on you Foxes, I can’t wait for the season to start!"

"My catering journey began way back in 2009 when I gained a two-month contract as a Telephone Consultant at Resource Network. Fast-forward 10 years, I briefly left before joining the awesome team at Constellation in April 2021.
Covid-19 hit the catering industry hard, but as our clients slowly returned to work, our business started booming again! When I first joined Constellation, I was placed in the London Central team, responsible for providing staff for schools, hospitals, summer schools, and heaps of cool events at places like Leeds Castle and QEII Conference Centre. You name it, we staffed it!
In December 2022, I joined the London North team and started working alongside my Regional Manager. Now, I mainly support the health and education sectors. It's been challenging, but boy have I learned a ton! I'm developing my skills and making my company proud!
And let me tell you, there's nothing quite like receiving an email that says your staff were EXCEPTIONAL! It makes my day and brings me extra joy in my role!"

"Well, where do I start? All the way back to Covid is where...
I was furloughed from my People Ops role at Leicester Tigers (where I had been since 2015) when Ryan called and asked if I’d like to support Constellation. That’s where my journey began!
I initially worked in a team of four in the early days of Constellation supporting the Covid test sites and hospitals. When the world ‘re-opened’, our clients returned and boy, did it change overnight.
The team of four grew to a team of around fifteen, supporting everywhere from Northampton right up to Scotland - and it hasn’t stopped growing. In June of 2021, I was asked to become Head of Region for East Midlands and I have not looked back since. This team then grew very quickly and today I have an amazing team of ten absolute LEGENDS who support the Compass operation from Leicester City Football Club, Leicester Tigers, Nottingham Forest and Nottingham Racecourse to the Eurest and Chartwells sectors."

"I started off working in hospitality almost 10 years ago as a student, not knowing a champagne glass from a wine glass. I had previously worked for agencies, taking on any role I could get my hands on.
Since joining Constellation two and a half years ago, I have been able to develop my skills and have become a Lead Manager in multiple venues, occasionally working in the Constellation office. I now have the opportunity to help others in the same way that Constellation has helped me."

"I began my hospitality journey as a full-time student who was looking for new experiences and a way to meet new people. I had no idea how to pour a pint or even carry a tray properly. Now, 6 years later, I've had the opportunity to work at world-class events across the UK, all thanks to Constellation. I went from washing glasses on the bar and running food to now leading my own teams on the restaurant floors and bars as well as helping to grow our family at the Constellation office.
This company has allowed me to learn skillsets and build friendships that will last me a lifetime."
